MFD Delivers Quality Service
|
There is no such
thing as a "routine" fire call for the Millville Fire
Department. An indication of the quality service MFD offers to the
community was evident at a recent response for the smell of gas at High
Rise East, one of the city's senior citizen housing facilities.
The Incident Commander Chief
Kurt Hess) sent several crews of Firefighters into the seven story
building utilizing the Incident Command System to organize the effort in
locating the smell, as well as keeping track of all personnel on the
scene.
No odor was detected in or around the building by the Fire Department
or the residents. Although there was no imminent danger, the fire
company delivered quality customer service to the residents of the
facility.
