 Ground Zero One Year Later

Several members of the Millville Fire Department paid their respects at the site of the former World Trade Center one year after the infamous attacks.   The following are a few pictures of what is considered to be hallowed ground by Firefighters from around the world.

Garage Fire on Wheaton Avenue
The Millville Fire Department responded to a garage fire that was fully involved upon arrival.  The fire was quickly brought under control despite a heavy rain storm that was taking place during the emergency.  Although the exterior of the home was damaged slightly from the intense heat, the fire was prevented from spreading to the owner's dwelling which was adjacent to the garage

Officials found the cause of the fire to be lightning.  The garage and it's contents including an antique automobile were lost in the blaze.
